One of the most memorable teaching moments in ALICT for me was learning to ask for help. I am very individualistic and almost always do things on my own. During one activity that required asking for help I concentrated and enthusiastically work to try my best to complete the task by myself but found that I still could not make it; even then, I refused to give up. After a long time I was very exhausted and felt like crying, finally I shouted I need help! From this I have learnt the valuable lessons that God wants me to depend on Him and for us to help each other. I have changed my thinking, so now when I have a problem, the first thing I do is depend on Him and I ask others for help and prayer.
